Cost Control & Reporting Specialist (Project Control Department)
-Introduction on daily basis of all man-hours and equipment hours into MS Access database in accordance with the codes of the project control department (1000 employees/ 500 equipments). -Check the correctness of the introduction of all hours and codes according to the rules of the department using the MS Excel program (using formulas and creating pivot tables). -Provision Manpower expenditure and Equipment Cost report and timely presenting to TCO approval. -Preparing, controlling daily manpower related to Reimbursable services. -Ensuring all timesheet are approved by TCO before submission for payment and are fully in compliance with contractual requirements -Preparing Headcount daily report for Management -Providing monthly man hour timesheets and Rental Equipment timesheets for subcontractors. -Assists in collecting and classifying cost data, as directed.
